Otherwise, you could keep crossing any doodle breed back to the toy Poodle to create a smaller multi-generational version—take the Bernedoodle, Goldendoodle, or Labradoodle, for example!

#15 Tiniest Doodle Breed: Schnoodle
The Schnauzer Poodle mix can be super tiny. In fact, a toy Schnoodle can weigh as little as 7 pounds!
What keeps this breed from ranking higher on our list is that it can also be very big! Giant Schnoodles can grow to be 80+ pounds and stand up to 25 inches tall.
However, assuming a miniature Schnauzer is paired with a toy Poodle, you can expect an adult Schnoodle to only weigh 7-15 pounds and be 10-12 inches in height.
The weight of a Teacup or Toy Cockapoo can range from under 7 pounds to about 15 pounds. Their height at the shoulders will average around 10-11 inches.
Since the Pekingese parent breed doesn’t grow to be much more than 14 pounds, you can be confident that their puppies will be consistently small when bred with a toy Poodle.

The cross between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a toy Poodle will usually fall between 7 and 13 pounds while measuring less than 12 inches at the shoulders.
Also known as a Bichpoo, the Poochon is a cross between the Bichon Frise and the Poodle. These two parent breeds are both small and hypoallergenic, making for a reliably allergy-friendly cross!
The size of an average Poochon is 5-20 pounds and 9-15 inches tall at the shoulders.
With the average Chihuahua weighing under 6 pounds, it’s no surprise that the Chipoo ranks #4 on our list of smallest Poodle mixes!
Chipoos can often be larger than Chihuahuas, but not by too much. Expect a fully-grown Chipoo to measure 5-15 inches in height and weigh in at 5-20 pounds.
For those unfamiliar with the parent of the Bolonoodle, the Bolognese dog breed is closely related to the Bichon Frise. While the Bolonoodle is rarer than the Poochon, it’s also a bit smaller.
The size of an adult Bolonoodle is a minuscule 6-12 pounds in weight and 10-12 inches in height.
